Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect with five to seven years of professional experience, ideally including exposure to managing large-scale projects. The role entails leading design development, managing project coordination, and providing execution support, along with mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the design development and manage architectural documentation for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Oversee on-site project activities and troubleshoot design or technical challenges.
• Ensure all work adheres to applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrated 5 to 7 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Revit software is advantageous.
• Strong design capabilities, technical expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with good command over English.
