Senior Architect

Job Overview

We seek an accomplished Senior Architect with over three years of expertise in residential and interior architectural design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing architectural concepts, detailed working drawings, client engagement, and site supervision to guarantee adherence to quality and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and comprehensive designs specifically for residential developments.
• Generate precise working and construction drawings along with detailed architectural plans.
• Collaborate closely with interior designers, structural engineers, MEP experts, and onsite teams.
• Perform frequent site inspections to ensure construction aligns perfectly with approved designs and drawings.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and incorporate requested design alterations.
• Review and verify drawings, materials, measurements, and on-site conditions.
• Address and resolve any design or construction challenges encountered on site.
• Liaise effectively with contractors, carpenters, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in projects.
• Guarantee project completion that complies with design standards, maintains high quality, and meets schedule targets.
• Develop design presentations and proposals tailored for clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years’ professional experience in architecture.
• Proficient with residential architectural and interior project requirements.
• Expertise in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or related design software is a plus.
• Solid understanding of construction details and relevant materials.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management capabilities.
• Competence in coordinating and managing teams on site.
• Strong planning, problem-solving aptitude, and efficient time management skills.

Educational Requirements

A Bachelor of Architecture or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution is necessary.

Preferred Candidate Attributes

• Prior experience in residential and high-end luxury interior projects is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to various project locations around Hyderabad.
• Capable of independently handling projects from the initial design phase through to execution.
• Attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense in design.
