About the Role

SPERI UAE is seeking a Senior Architect to lead its Architecture and Interior Design hub in Dubai. The company champions sustainable architectural designs that reflect local culture and redefine urban skylines, primarily focusing on hospitality, residential, and workplace projects. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions aligned with client briefs and sustainable objectives.
• Lead design and implementation phases for hospitality projects while ensuring sustainable practices are integrated.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional architectural design experience, with a strong portfolio in hospitality projects.
• Proficient in Italian language.
• Experience with design development, detailed documentation, and coordinating projects.
• Proven background in sustainable design principles.
• Strong leadership capabilities coupled with excellent communication and project management skills.
• A collaborative yet independent work ethic.

Additional Information

• Credentials in LEED, BREEAM, or comparable sustainability certifications are highly valued.
• Position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
