Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Project Manager (m/f/d) based at our Bremen office to lead and coordinate CGI and AI projects internally and externally, ensuring seamless project delivery and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, management, and execution of internal and external CGI and AI projects.
• Monitor adherence to timelines, budgets, and project progress.
• Maintain active communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of CGI and Head of AI within the CGI/AI Unit and management team.
• Oversee all project phases from kickoff through development to delivery, intervening promptly when necessary.
• Ensure quality assurance by confirming briefs and client requirements are fully met and projects are completed stress-free within deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in project management roles.
• Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
• Solid understanding of process workflows and client needs.
• Comfortable working with numbers and strong analytical thinking.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Passion for fashion and emerging technologies.
• Experience with AI technologies, generative AI, or large language model projects is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models and custom GPTs is a plus.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of project management software like Wrike is beneficial.
