Role Summary

As a Senior Account Executive based in London, you will spearhead business growth by finding, nurturing, and closing new business prospects across diverse sectors within the UK market. The position offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all UK market verticals.
• Oversee the entire sales process—from initial lead generation, product demonstrations, pricing negotiations to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales development team to maximize lead conversions.
• Maintain and develop a high-value sales pipeline to consistently exceed sales objectives.
• Acquire and sustain a deep understanding of Trustpilot’s products by engaging with training, pre-sales, management, and peers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Account Executives.
• Coordinate with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service transitions.
• Represent Trustpilot at networking events to generate leads and expand market presence.
• Partner with marketing teams to leverage leads collected from webinars and events.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years experience successfully selling complex Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to senior-level decision makers.
• Proven history of consistently meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Strong enthusiasm for cultivating and sustaining robust client relationships.
• Well-versed in sales metrics and adept at using data to strategize growth plans.
• Aspirations to develop professionally while supporting the growth of less experienced colleagues.
