Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via voice and non-voice mediums including calls, chats, and emails.
- Provide assistance with inquiries related to services, subscriptions, and account issues.
- Comprehend customer needs to deliver precise and prompt solutions.
- Uphold high standards in customer service and communication quality.
- Record customer interactions accurately and update system data accordingly.
- Adhere to established processes, quality benchmarks, and service protocols.
- Operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced international customer support setting.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Mandatory fluency in Hindi.
- Open to freshers as well as applicants with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work on-site from the Hyderabad office.
- Capability to work rotational shifts and accept rotational weekly offs.
- Must live within a 25 km radius of the office at Lanco Hills, Manikonda.
