About the Role

The SEIC Program Manager will oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and governance of strategic programs involving cross-departmental teams. This role is essential for managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring business goals are met while fostering operational excellence and continuous enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of program activities including planning, executing, monitoring, and successful delivery.
  • Create and sustain program roadmaps, detailed project plans, key milestones, and manage budget allocation.
  • Coordinate across diverse functional teams to align objectives, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Monitor program progress closely, evaluate risks and interdependencies, and proactively apply mitigation strategies.
  • Organize governance meetings, status update sessions, and prepare reports for executive leadership.
  • Collaborate effectively with business units, operations, technology teams, and external partners to achieve program goals.
  • Track key performance indicators and lead initiatives targeted at continuous process improvement.
  • Handle change requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and established governance frameworks.
  • Support resource allocation, capacity planning, and thorough documentation of program activities.
  • Advocate and implement best practices in program and project management methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex and multidisciplinary programs.
  • Strong familiarity with project management frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
  • Proficient in project management software tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or equivalents.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and skills in managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Capability to juggle multiple competing priorities within dynamic and fast-paced settings.
