Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patrols of both interior and exterior hotel areas to detect and mitigate risks and threats to safety and security.
• Assist in managing emergency situations, including fires, medical incidents, and potential security hazards.
• Lead and develop the security team through training, scheduling, supervision, and ongoing support to maintain high team performance.
• Carry out initial investigations of incidents by collecting relevant information, documenting findings, and ensuring precise reporting.
• Promote a culture of workplace safety by enforcing safety procedures and encouraging team compliance.
• Provide direct security officer support as necessary, stepping into operational roles when required.
