Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine security patrols throughout both interior and exterior hotel areas to detect and manage any security threats or unsafe conditions.
- Lead coordinated responses to emergencies including fires, medical incidents, and security alerts.
- Oversee and mentor security personnel by organizing training, managing schedules, and motivating the team towards excellence in service.
- Initiate primary investigations into incidents to collect details and document findings for accurate reporting.
- Promote a culture of safety by ensuring adherence to established protocols and encouraging best safety practices within the team.
- Provide backup support by stepping in as a security officer when necessary to maintain continuous security coverage.
