Core Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and managing restaurant operations to maintain financial success and excellent guest service standards.
• Recruit, select, train, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff to ensure efficient service. Coordinate staff scheduling and work assignments.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards for both guests and employees; oversee proper functioning of all equipment.
• Visually inspect the restaurant facilities to sustain an attractive and welcoming environment, initiating improvements and timely repairs.
• Manage and monitor food quality and guest satisfaction by effectively inspecting preparation and presentation standards; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Engage with guests actively to gather feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain inventory control by forecasting usage, tracking supplies, and ensuring the availability of necessary items like linens, glassware, and condiments.
• Supervise the setup of dining and service areas to uphold presentation and readiness.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, contribute to menu development, analyze competition, track food trends, and help prepare specials.
• Guarantee adherence to internal restaurant policies and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
