Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular security patrols around both interior and exterior areas of the hotel to detect and address potential safety risks and security threats.
• Support investigative efforts by conducting initial incident inquiries, collecting pertinent information, documenting the findings accurately, and facilitating detailed reporting of security events.
• Maintain detailed and precise security logs and reports.
• Respond efficiently to emergencies, including safety hazards, fire outbreaks, medical situations, and security threats, ensuring guest and staff well-being.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests by addressing inquiries and concerns with responsiveness and care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience working as a security officer is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of security procedures, surveillance technology, and emergency response protocols.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities with a strong focus on guest service.
• Ability to maintain composure and act effectively under pressure.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Possession of relevant security certifications and training such as first aid and CPR is preferred.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
