Job Overview
Envision brightening guests' days while ensuring their safety as a Security Officer within our hotel team. In this role, you help foster a secure and welcoming environment, delivering hospitality that leaves lasting impressions on every visitor.
Key Duties
- Perform regular patrols throughout the hotel premises, both inside and out, to detect and mitigate security risks, threats, and hazardous conditions.
- Assist in conducting initial investigations into security incidents by gathering information, documenting findings, and submitting detailed reports.
- Maintain thorough and precise records related to security activities and incidents to support ongoing safety operations.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, including dealing with fires, medical crises, safety threats, and other urgent situations.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests by addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
