About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working 42 hours per week, to uphold the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors at 14Forty. Responsibilities
- Act as a proactive team member with excellent communication skills.
- Monitor and manage access in and around the building premises.
- Ensure the effective and safe operation of all security measures.
- Maintain the safety and security of the premises at all times.
- Assist the public by addressing general enquiries professionally.
- Represent 14Forty positively and maintain its brand reputation.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or be eligible to obtain one.
- Demonstrate strong communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
- Show resilience, determination, and the capacity to work well under pressure.
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Maintain a professional and smart appearance.
- Exhibit initiative while being a cooperative team player.
- Attention to detail and understanding of health & safety and criminal law relevant to the role.
