About GHS Housing Limited
GHS Housing Limited is a rapidly expanding real estate development and civil engineering firm based in Ghana. In line with its growth, the company is seeking vigilant and physically capable men and women for immediate employment as Security Guards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of individuals, residential properties, offices, and construction sites within the estates.
- Conduct foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities across all premises.
- Observe and monitor premises attentively for any suspicious behavior, individuals, or potential safety issues.
- Promptly report any unusual or doubtful occurrences to the Estates Manager for further action.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be Ghanaian nationals.
- Candidates should be physically fit, sturdy, with a minimum height of 5 feet 7 inches.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Have at least one year of experience in a comparable security role.
