Security Guard

Job Summary

Perafox Securitas is recruiting male Security Guards to maintain the safety and order of premises located in Kirti Nagar, Moti Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Mayapuri, and Patel Nagar in the Delhi-NCR region. The position offers a fixed monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹19,000, along with benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), overtime payment, and four days off per month. The work schedule includes 12-hour shifts each day.

Primary Duties

• Ensure the security of the assigned premises by controlling entry and exit points.
• Monitor the movement of visitors, staff, and materials within the premises.
• Keep a watch on CCTV surveillance as needed to maintain safety.
• Adhere strictly to safety and security protocols established by the company.
• Carry out basic reporting tasks and coordinate activities related to security operations.
• Maintain discipline and proper order in the workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidates only.
• Education level: below 10th grade or 10th pass.
• Open to freshers or those with previous experience in security roles.
• Physical fitness and an active disposition are essential.
• Must be alert, responsible, and disciplined.
• Punctuality and reliability are critical.
• Capability to accurately follow instructions without deviation.
• English language proficiency is not required.
