Role Overview

The Falcon Complete Security Advisor plays a vital role within a team that oversees the security and operational health of Falcon Complete customers. This position blends technical expertise, security knowledge, and customer management skills to guide clients toward a secure and effective use of the Falcon Complete solution. Reporting to leadership, the advisor is responsible for executing daily activities that support the mission of stopping cybersecurity breaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customers’ Falcon environments to ensure compliance with Falcon Complete standards.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to enhance customer security postures aligned with the Falcon Complete framework.
  • Identify and propose remediation plans for CrowdStrike product components that could improve security resilience.
  • Engage directly with customers to address any deviations from Falcon Complete security standards.
  • Accurately document, update, and resolve all customer issues following established procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Compile and deliver service reports and statistics to customers upon request.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity-focused role.
  • Strong customer empathy with demonstrated ability to guide customers toward desired outcomes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer engagement.
  • Collaborative approach partnering with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
  • Competency with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity or direct experience in threat detection and incident response.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills and Additional Expertise

  • Experience in incident management and Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) operations.
  • Understanding of change management principles.
  • Skills in detecting and responding to malicious code.
  • Knowledge of auditing, logging, and monitoring controls including SIEM, UEBA, and MDR/XDR.
  • Expertise in intrusion detection and response mechanisms.
  • Experience working with complex and sophisticated client environments.
  • Analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Proven background as a security advisor or consultant.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001/2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK is a plus.
  • Demonstrated use of AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support business goals.
