Position Overview
The Secretary role is dedicated to aiding the Senior Leadership Team by managing secretarial and administrative responsibilities efficiently. The incumbent plays a crucial role in enhancing QNB's corporate image through prompt and precise support, anticipating needs, and demonstrating initiative to address challenges and implement enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Leadership in daily activities including scheduling agendas, organizing travel, drafting correspondence, preparing documents and presentation materials.
- Facilitate seamless communication between branch departments and the Head Office.
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and transportation, alongside preparing related itineraries and materials.
- Manage complex calendars, organize meetings internally and externally, including client and senior management engagements, and handle all incoming and outgoing communications.
- Assist with logistics and scheduling for senior VIP visits to the Head Office.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of five years professional experience, including at least two years at an executive support level.
- Proven secretarial or personal assistant experience in service-driven organizations, preferably within financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to handle the demanding schedule of senior managers, including managing travel and team requirements.
