Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable fitting advice
• Assist customers in finding the perfect footwear for Back to School needs
• Strive to meet sales goals and key performance indicators
• Support inventory management, online order fulfillment, and maintain store presentation
• Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and a positive approach every day

Candidate Requirements

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 through mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
• Demonstrated passion for footwear, sports, and an active lifestyle
• A motivated, team-oriented individual who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
