Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager for our Canberra Centre location. This full-time role requires working 38 hours weekly and involves supporting the store team to deliver positive, inclusive customer experiences, assist in training and coaching, and ensure operational excellence aligned with visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to creating respectful and welcoming customer interactions.
• Help with staff training, coaching, and development to meet store goals and KPIs.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining in-store displays following visual merchandising guidelines.
• Manage stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations.
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and the team to perform operational and additional tasks.
