Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Script Writer based onsite in the Mohali district. The selected candidate will develop clear, compelling scripts tailored for product demonstrations, explainer videos, marketing campaigns, and in-application tutorials that align with the brand's tone and objectives. Daily tasks include crafting storyboards and screenplays, simplifying intricate health and technology topics into user-friendly narratives, and collaborating with product, design, and video production teams.

The Script Writer will also be responsible for editing and improving scripts based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring content consistency across various formats, and adhering to project deadlines. Additionally, the candidate will generate innovative ideas for video content that educates users on controlling and managing their health information.

Qualifications

• Proficient in scriptwriting for digital and video-centric content.
• Experienced in developing screenplays and narratives for explainer and promotional videos.
• Familiar with video production collaboration, including pacing, shot composition, and voiceover integration.
• Exceptional writing skills emphasizing clarity, structure, and audience engagement.
• Previous experience scripting for technology, healthcare, or app-related products is an advantage.
• Ability to distill complex medical or technical concepts into accessible language suitable for diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate within cross-functional and onsite teams.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, English, or a related discipline, or has equivalent professional experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating a history of creating video scripts, screenplays, or narrative works that showcase storytelling ability and structural understanding.
