Position Overview
Join MAC.BID as a Scanner Associate, a full-time, hourly non-exempt role based in Phoenix, AZ. The company specializes in purchasing truckloads of customer returns and overstock items, selling them individually through online auctions. As a key member of the Scan Team, you will utilize proprietary software to accurately scan and upload product details into the auction system. This role reports directly to the Scan Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently scan and input items into the system to generate auction listings.
- Conduct online product research.
- Capture, edit, and prepare photos for listings.
- Verify and correct product information for completeness and accuracy.
- Achieve established quantity and quality targets.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday for an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch break; exact hours set by workload and management.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Comfortable using web and browser-based platforms such as Google and Amazon.
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Technologically proficient and quick to learn new software tools.
- Follow written instructions and company policies accurately.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
