SAP IBP Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP IBP Consultant with comprehensive experience delivering supply chain management solutions. The role involves implementing SAP IBP modules including Order Based Planning (OBP), Sales and Operations Planning (SOP), Supply Chain, and Control Tower, along with expertise in data integration using CI-DS or RTI in conjunction with S/4HANA. The consultant will be working across multiple locations such as Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement SAP IBP functionalities focusing on OBP, SOP, Supply, and Control Tower modules.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance, handle user queries, troubleshoot system issues, and monitor performance.
• Configure SAP IBP modules in both functional and technical capacities.
• Apply strong knowledge of supply chain processes with experience in sales operations planning, statistical forecasting, and inventory management.
• Independently conduct client workshops, capture requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and design reporting and analytics frameworks.
• Demonstrate technical expertise with strong business insight to translate supply chain processes into viable technical solutions.
• Manage project progress, risk, and stakeholder communication effectively.
• Employ Agile methodologies during project delivery.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules and integration with S/4HANA.
• Strong grasp of supply chain management principles and planning techniques.
• Ability to write and understand SQL queries and basic relational database concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively within teams.
