About the Role
Join EY in Kochi as a GhostDraft Developer, contributing your expertise to a globally connected company dedicated to creating a better working world. This role involves working with the GhostDraft document automation platform to build, optimize, and maintain document templates and workflows that meet both business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize and configure the GhostDraft platform to create, edit, and manage templates, forms, and various document types.
- Develop and maintain complex document designs ensuring they align with business and regulatory demands.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate content and system requirements.
- Integrate document generation processes with underlying databases and other systems for seamless automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve document generation challenges, formatting issues, and improve automation efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and problem resolution related to document management workflows.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in GhostDraft Studio for document automation and template management.
- Strong experience with JavaScript scripting within the GhostDraft environment.
- Familiarity with configuring document automation processes using structured data sources.
- Knowledge of the insurance domain and/or financial services industry is preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to identify and remediate issues in automation workflows and integrate with other technical teams.
- Experience with other document automation tools is an advantage.
- Studio certification is a plus.
