Job description
Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic SAP Functional Trainers to join our academy located in Pallavaram, Chennai. Ideal applicants have a sound understanding of SAP Functional modules, capable communication skills, and the ability to clearly convey concepts. SAP certification is a strict prerequisite.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and real-time SAP Functional training sessions for beginners and working professionals.
- Clarify SAP concepts, business workflows, configurations, and comprehensive scenarios effectively.
- Develop and execute training materials including presentations, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Offer guidance on real-time projects and relevant business situations.
- Administer assessments, mock interviews, and technical evaluations to track learning.
- Address and resolve technical queries from students, providing suitable direction.
- Monitor participant progress and give constructive feedback.
- Regularly update training resources to align with current SAP technologies and market demands.
- Assist learners with interview readiness and career development advice.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills
- Must hold a valid SAP Certification.
- Strong expertise in the relevant SAP Functional module.
- Sound understanding of complete business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Competent at explaining complex SAP concepts in a simple manner.
- Effective presentation and classroom management capabilities.
- Confidence in delivering both online and offline training sessions.
Additional Criteria for Freshers
- Encouragement for fresh graduates holding valid SAP Functional Certification.
- Solid theoretical and practical SAP knowledge.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and dedication to professional development as an SAP Trainer.
Additional Criteria for Experienced Professionals
- Preference for candidates with experience in SAP implementation, support, consulting, business functions, or SAP training.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 and is dependent on your SAP experience, certification, module expertise, training skills, communication abilities, and interview as well as overall performance. Top candidates with substantial SAP experience and superior training aptitude may receive salaries at the higher end of this spectrum.
