SAP FICO Trainer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Trainer to provide comprehensive, practical training tailored to both students and professionals. The selected candidate will deliver clear and applicable instruction on SAP FI and CO modules, facilitating understanding through real-world business cases and hands-on practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online sessions for SAP FICO.
• Clarify SAP FI and CO concepts using practical examples and business scenarios.
• Teach major areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, and Internal Orders.
• Conduct hands-on sessions on SAP transactions and relevant business processes.
• Explain how FICO integrates with other modules like Materials Management and Sales & Distribution.
• Develop and prepare training materials, assignments, case studies, and exercises.
• Perform assessments and monitor student progress efficiently.
• Guide learners on real-time project scenarios and implementation strategies.
• Assist students in interview prep and provide guidance for career growth.
• Address student queries and offer personalized mentoring when necessary.
• Keep course content up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA updates and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• In-depth functional knowledge of SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO implementations, support, or associated business processes.
• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting and Controlling segments.
• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or teaching roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to simplify and organize technical information effectively.
• Possession of SAP certification is advantageous.
