Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support SAP BASIS, HANA, NetWeaver, and associated BASIS activities.
- Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA projects including end-to-end implementations and system conversions, utilizing both brownfield and greenfield strategies.
- Design and architect SAP system landscapes and oversee implementation phases.
- Perform SAP database sizing evaluations to ensure optimal performance.
- Work across multiple operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and AIX.
- Execute upgrades including Kernel updates, Support Packs, and various S/4HANA releases.
- Maintain and manage high availability (HA) SAP system configurations.
- Administer databases including MSSQL, DB2 LUW, Oracle, HANA 2.0, Sybase ASE, and MaxDB.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrable 5 to 12 years of experience in relevant SAP BASIS and HANA environments.
- Proficient in SAP BASIS and NetWeaver support and configuration.
- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Ability to architect scalable and efficient SAP landscapes.
- Experience with database sizing and administration across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with various OS environments including Windows, Linux, and AIX.
- Skilled in handling system upgrades such as Kernel and Support pack updates.
- Knowledge of HA systems and database administration on MSSQL, DB2 LUW, Oracle, HANA 2.0, Sybase ASE, and MaxDB.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
