SAP Ariba Consultant

Role Overview

Evoke Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled SAP Ariba Consultant to manage and enhance supplier account configurations and integration processes. The role involves configuring Ariba supplier accounts, designing communication flows, and collaborating with integration teams to ensure seamless transactions between Ariba Network and S/4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure the ARLANXEO Ariba supplier account, including trading relationships, routing, and document transaction rules.
• Create and verify cXML data flows such as Orders, Order Confirmations, and Invoices, incorporating buyer-specific fields.
• Coordinate with the Integration Suite team to map cXML data to S/4HANA fields and values, covering aspects like order types, units of measure, tax codes, and payment terms.
• Conduct end-to-end transmission testing within the buyer's environment and provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and hyper care phases.
• Identify and diagnose faults on the Ariba platform, distinguishing these from issues related to S/4HANA or middleware.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Practical experience configuring Ariba Network accounts on either supplier or buyer side, including use of the Administration console.
• Ability to interpret and debug cXML payloads effectively.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes sufficient to communicate detailed field meanings with Sales & Distribution (SD) and Financial Accounting (FI) consultants.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), or Process Integration/Orchestration (PI/PO) in the context of Ariba.

Additional Preferred Skills

• SAP Ariba certification.
• Experience in supplier enablement.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA IDoc or OData interfaces.
• Background in process industries.
