Job Responsibilities

• Collect, examine, and document detailed business requirements for transportation and logistics workflows.
• Tailor and configure SAP Transportation Management (TM) modules aligned with organizational needs.
• Develop and execute processes encompassing transportation planning, freight order handling, freight invoice settlement, charge evaluation, and carrier selection.
• Participate in SAP TM full lifecycle projects including implementations, rollouts, migrations, and ongoing support.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP TM with SAP EWM, MM, SD, GTS, Event Management, and other SAP or external systems.
• Set up master data elements such as business partners, transportation lanes, zones, locations, carriers, and resources.
• Provide support for transportation itinerary planning, optimizer setups, tendering procedures, execution, and freight settlement functions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues promptly while adhering to SLA requirements.
• Compose functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical development teams for bespoke enhancements.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing facilitation, and support deployments into production.
• Create thorough functional, configuration, training, and user documentation.
• Deliver training sessions and assist users post go-live for successful adoption.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery of robust, high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in SAP Transportation Management configuration and customization.
• Proficient in RICEF development elements related to SAP TM.
• Knowledge of SAP Logistics and Sales & Distribution modules considered advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with transportation planning, freight order management, freight settlement, and charge management processes.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA TM or embedded TM deployments.
