Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing sales skills from service-oriented B2C roles to attract and convert business clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers across various organizations.
• Identify new business prospects, plan and conduct meetings, and successfully close deals.
• Transition your sales talents into recruitment and B2B business development while receiving ongoing training.

Requirements and Skills

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Consumer service sales such as insurance, telecom, or retail sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in overcoming objections and closing sales opportunities.
• A resilient mindset and a strong competitive drive.
