Role Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep experience in telecommunications, especially knowledgeable in Salesforce Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud. This pivotal role entails designing enterprise architectures, leading significant transformation initiatives, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions tailored for telecommunication operators. The position is based in Auckland, New Zealand, with flexible hybrid working options considered on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Salesforce Communication Cloud and Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Create scalable, robust, and high-performance Salesforce architectures for telecom clients.
• Enforce architecture governance, conduct design reviews, and uphold technical standards.
• Design integration strategies and solutions connecting OSS, BSS, billing, ERP, and middleware systems.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Provide mentorship to technical teams ensuring quality in delivery.
• Support planning and execution of strategic platform modernization roadmaps.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• At least 15 years of IT experience with minimum 5 years in solution architecture, particularly involving Salesforce and associated platforms.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Salesforce OmniStudio Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Industries Architect Accreditation is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Proven expertise with Salesforce Communication Cloud or Revenue Cloud.
• Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ solutions, and Order Management workflows.
• Experience applying OmniStudio framework and Salesforce Industries solutions.
• Strong skills in Salesforce integrations and API-led architectures.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and telecommunications business operations.
• Experience working with MuleSoft, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
