Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer, you will maintain comprehensive expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce AI capabilities, and relevant enterprise integrations. Your responsibilities include developing new Salesforce features such as AI-driven use cases, automation, and third-party integrations; troubleshooting issues to uphold platform performance and stability; and supporting cross-team functions as needed. Strict adherence to development standards, governance, and release management is expected.

Key Responsibilities and Contributions

• Lead technical and solution efforts on major Salesforce projects, emphasizing AI/Agentforce implementations and large-scale deployments.
• Architect solutions encompassing integrations (APIs, MuleSoft), Single Sign-On, and scalable platform designs.
• Utilize Salesforce APIs, event-driven frameworks, and modern tools to connect Salesforce with external systems effectively.
• Adapt and perform in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple deadlines while ensuring precision and quality.
• Expand Salesforce functionalities by integrating AI automation, enhancing customer interactions, and optimizing the platform.
• Continuously improve workflows, data structures, and configurations to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Develop implementation strategies and partake in roadmap planning for key Salesforce initiatives.
• Mentor teammates and promote adherence to best development practices, strengthening internal capabilities.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across product, sales, finance, and operations, ensuring alignment of technology solutions with business goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 7 or more years of experience in Salesforce development; background in financial services is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform components including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and AI capabilities such as Agentforce and Einstein.
• Proficient in integrating Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or similar middleware technologies.
• Strong grasp of enterprise architectural principles covering identity management (SSO), security protocols, and scalable system design.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies employing tools like JIRA and Confluence.
