Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Communication Cloud Architect with over 10 years of experience to join our Sydney office. This position involves leading technical design and implementation within Salesforce Communication Cloud, particularly in telecom sector projects.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Deliver Salesforce CRM implementations, leveraging 10-12 years of overall experience in this domain.
• Apply at least 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in Salesforce Communication Cloud implementation.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the Telecom industry and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), ideally completing at least one full cycle implementation within Telecom.
• Expertise in CPQ, Order Management, EPC, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) on Vlocity platforms.
• Design technical solutions using Omni Studio tools such as Cards Framework, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors.
• Develop proficiency in Salesforce development technologies including APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, JavaScript, and integration approaches like SOAP and REST.
• Oversee migration of legacy systems and CRM platforms to Vlocity/Salesforce environments.
