Role Overview
The internship is based in Pune, with opportunities also in Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Nagpur. The selected intern will be engaged full-time onsite for 6 months and will support the sales training function within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-field evaluations for Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Assist in driving sales growth initiatives.
- Perform training needs analysis to determine skill gaps and development areas.
- Develop relevant training modules and prepare presentation materials to support training delivery.

- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Internship start date should be between September 11, 2026, and October 16, 2026.
- Must commit to the entire duration of 6 months.
