Sales Team Leader

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Team Leader to join Kotak Life Insurance in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This on-roll position involves recruiting, training, and motivating insurance financial advisors to drive life insurance business growth. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, managing field operations, and coordinating branch activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit insurance financial advisors specializing in life insurance.
• Provide training and continuous motivation to advisors to enhance performance.
• Generate life insurance business by effectively leading the sales team.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
• Supervise fieldwork and oversee various branch-related activities.
• Organize and conduct meetings and other team-oriented events.

Candidate Criteria

• Must hold a graduation degree.
• Have at least 1 year of documented field sales experience.
• Age between 24 and 40 years.
• Possess 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience within the same city.
• Previous compensation should not exceed INR 4.5 lakhs annually.
• Candidates with any open market sales experience, paired with good communication skills and a strong personality, are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between INR 20,000 and INR 35,000.
