Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening of prospects using official platforms.
• Source and acquire new customers effectively.
• Act as a liaison between customers and management to provide support and address objections.
• Generate leads for various life insurance products.
• Support the recruitment process by assisting with hiring and reporting recruitment progress to management.
• Ensure candidates experience a smooth and positive recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Graduation completion is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Open to fresh graduates and those with up to 2 years recruitment experience.
