Job description
Role Overview
As an Insurance Sales Manager at Kotak Life Insurance in Kolkata, you will have the critical role of building and leading a high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and guiding insurance advisors while driving sales strategies to meet business goals.
Key Duties
- Recruit, onboard, and train Insurance Advisors and Agents to strengthen the sales workforce.
- Provide leadership and motivation to ensure the team achieves and surpasses defined sales targets.
- Formulate and execute robust sales plans that generate new business and broaden the client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to support sustained growth.
- Regularly monitor the performance of team members and offer constructive feedback and support.
- Organize and lead sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to enhance team effectiveness.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and adhere strictly to industry regulations.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is ₹22,000 to ₹75,000 per month.
