About the Role

As a Sales Support Specialist within our medium voltage and direct current technology division, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the energy sector. You will be responsible for preparing commercial and technical offers and ensuring smooth order processing, acting as a key liaison between customers and internal departments to maintain quality and timely service. Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate inquiries related to medium voltage and direct current systems, independently preparing both technical and commercial proposals.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from offer creation through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, engineering, and logistics to enhance communication and fulfill customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines while driving continuous improvements in offer preparation and order processing.
- Maintain and document customer and order data within ERP systems and regularly generate reports to improve internal communication and order workflows.
Qualifications
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, energy technology, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Initial experience in order processing, offer preparation, or project management for technical products, preferably in energy or medium voltage technology domains.
- Basic proficiency with ERP software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- A motivated and structured work approach combined with strong teamwork, customer focus, and occasional willingness to travel.
- Fluent German and good command of English to operate effectively in an international context.
