About ABB and the Role

This position reports to the Regional Service Operations Manager and focuses on overseeing the entire Order-to-Cash process specifically for spare parts, ensuring seamless delivery, accuracy, and customer satisfaction throughout Southeast Asia and other designated regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer purchase orders for spare parts by accurately entering and validating data in the ERP system (SAP SD/MM), ensuring proper pricing and delivery terms.
- Provide timely and precise information about spare parts availability, pricing, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Issue order confirmations and maintain proactive communication regarding delivery updates and any changes in order status.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to guarantee prompt delivery and quickly address shipment challenges.
- Support and verify the invoicing process by collaborating with the Finance team to confirm delivery completion and follow up on pending payments.
- Handle order returns, complaints including discrepancies and damages, order amendments, and processing of credit/debit notes in alignment with company policies.
- Keep customer records, order data, and reports accurately updated within ERP and CRM platforms.
- Generate regular performance reports for the Order-to-Cash cycle and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency.
- Refer complex technical or commercial issues to relevant departments.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Order-to-Cash management, customer service, or inside sales within industrial or manufacturing sectors, with strong expertise in ERP systems, preferably SAP SD/MM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, capable of managing and analyzing operational data effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail and timely delivery.
- Educational background includes a minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Legal authorization to work in Singapore without employer sponsorship is required.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, export/import documentation, and familiarity with Letter of Credit processes and documentation is considered a strong plus.
