Job Summary
The Sales Support Manager will play an essential role within the store's management team, focusing on ensuring smooth front-end operations. From managing checkout processes to implementing loss prevention strategies, you will be the linchpin holding various activities together effectively.
You will lead and inspire a dedicated team, encouraging collaboration and enthusiasm to consistently impact the community positively and foster high performance.
Work Schedule
- Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Requirements and Qualifications
- Self-motivated and confident leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication capabilities.
- Proven experience in managing team performance successfully.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling and checkout procedures.
- Familiarity with product services and effective plan execution.
- A positive, can-do approach and passion for outstanding customer service.
