Role Purpose and Schedule

This role is dedicated to proactively preventing theft and ensuring the protection of both customers and staff members. The scheduled work hours are Fridays from 4:00 PM until 12:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras diligently to detect any suspicious activity.
• Maintain a prominent presence on the sales floor to deter theft.
• Engage with customers, responding to their questions or concerns effectively.
• Document incidents by uploading relevant information to the crime reporting system.

Candidate Profile

While prior customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, a constructive and eager-to-learn mindset, and the physical ability to stand for long periods. Experience with conflict management and staying composed in stressful scenarios is considered favorable.
