Role Overview

Sales Specialists act as dedicated associates who drive department sales by delivering exceptional customer service. They identify customer needs and provide tailored advice to close sales effectively. They serve as trusted references for customers, guiding them through project execution while highlighting the features and benefits of our merchandise selection. Assignments may include departments such as décor (blinds and wallpaper), flooring, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, millwork (doors and windows), and appliances.
