Sales Specialist, Google Workspace

About the Role

Join the Google Cloud team to motivate leading businesses, educational institutions, and government bodies to enhance productivity, collaboration, and mobility by leveraging Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. You will be instrumental in advancing the Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) within the United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I), helping large and complex organizations migrate from legacy systems to secure digital ecosystems supported by Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. Your work will accelerate AI adoption and foster digital maturity, enabling enterprises to boost productivity and establish a resilient, innovative foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intricate end-to-end sales processes for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise across UK&I markets, consistently surpassing quarterly and annual targets.
• Create demand and develop a sales pipeline by engaging in marketing events and initiatives, as well as designing bespoke programs.
• Lead the regional AWT initiatives, showcasing Gemini's capacity to automate workflows securely, utilize enterprise data effectively, and unlock significant organizational value.
• Collaborate with regional partners including SADA, Devoteam, and Qodea, as well as key ISVs to identify new accounts and expedite customer transitions.
• Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs to guide complex procurement and security evaluation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least seven years of experience in SaaS or cloud computing sales.
• Proven track record in designing and leading cloud or Workspace transformation and migration projects.
• Experience working in the UK or Ireland market with UK&I clients.
• Preferred: Familiarity and enthusiasm for Google Workspace and Google Cloud products.
• Preferred: Experience handling accounts within the manufacturing sector.

Additional Information

Successful applicants will have the option to select their preferred working location from London, UK or Dublin, Ireland. Compensation in Ireland ranges from €94,000 to €96,000 per year, plus a 100% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
