About the Role
You will join a prominent private brand in India as a salaried employee, stepping into the position of Sales Relationship Manager within the agency channel. This role focuses on driving business growth through recruitment and leadership of advisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new advisers to expand the sales channel.
- Generate business by leveraging the adviser network.
- Lead, manage, and provide direction to an adviser team.
- Inspire advisers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct training sessions and offer continuous guidance to the team.
