Join a high-achieving Talent Acquisition team as a Sales Recruiter, playing a crucial role in Gartner's ongoing success. You will act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders, using innovative problem-solving to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. This role offers you the chance to excel in identifying and evaluating top talent, contributing to the growth and success of the associates you help recruit.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure exceptional candidates to support growth within your assigned business unit.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, building trust and gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and priorities.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including comprehensive talent evaluations and addressing recruitment challenges with innovative strategies.
- Lead interactions with key stakeholders, including intake sessions, regular updates, and feedback discussions.
- Represent Gartner's employer brand, actively promoting its value proposition to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the recruitment process, tracking outcomes and assessing impact via quality of hire metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Highly driven with a competitive nature and strong dedication to achieving results.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, capable of influencing others without formal authority.
- Creative and innovative thinker who continuously refines recruiting approaches.
- A minimum of four years’ recruitment experience within fast-paced agency or corporate environments.
- Proven success in a goal-oriented or metric-driven talent acquisition setting.
- Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management skills.
