Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor daily performance metrics related to customer value, identifying trends, anomalies, and patterns early on.
  • Independently develop forecasts and projections along the customer lifecycle and analyze deviations from expected outcomes.
  • Create, maintain, and improve reports and dashboards supporting retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Formulate and address analytical questions to advance value management and devise new control logics and viewpoints.
  • Present performance developments clearly and derive assessments with actionable recommendations.
  • Examine connections along the customer journey to determine concrete measures for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant departments, actively contributing to processes, reports, and control methods.
  • Prepare complex data in a manner suitable for target audiences and produce management-ready analyses with clear interpretations and suggested actions.
  • Leverage modern analytics and artificial intelligence techniques for pattern recognition, automation, and enhancement of forecasting models along the customer lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed degree in STEM, economics, statistics, or a comparable qualification, emphasizing strong analytical skills.
  • Multiple years of experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in data analysis within B2C sales, CRM, or customer value management contexts.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools such as Power BI; proficient in generating analyses, reports, and forecasts.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end customer lifecycle and value management processes, including campaigns, selections, and sales outcomes.
  • Capability to clarify complex data and transform it into straightforward, actionable recommendations for value improvement.
  • Strong analytical curiosity and enthusiasm for data exploration and independent development of analytical questions.
  • Experience handling large datasets and preferably skills in Python or comparable tools.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to serve as a proactive sparring partner within customer value management teams.
  • Fluent German language abilities.
