Job description
Overview
The Sales Operations Executive plays a vital role in providing operational and administrative support to the sales team, enabling smooth and efficient sales processes. This position is focused on maintaining CRM accuracy, streamlining the lead-to-order process, and facilitating effective communication among sales, logistics, and after-sales departments.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support ensuring flawless administrative management for the sales team.
- Coordinate order deliveries, manage logistics for sales events, and handle sample requests.
- Support the preparation of sales quotations and project proposals.
- Manage the bi-weekly commission processing for GDC partners.
- Keep SalesForce CRM updated with leads, opportunities, and client information promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and track quotation progression, maintaining organized CRM documentation.
- Generate order reports to update sales personnel on stock availability and lead times.
- Serve as a liaison facilitating the flow of information between sales and internal departments.
- Monitor order statuses with the Order Management Team to provide real-time updates.
- Collaborate with After-Sales to track inquiries and ensure timely resolution of post-sale requests.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing leads, quotations, and sales pipeline status for management.
- Maintain organized digital records of quotations, contracts, and CRM data.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or related administrative roles.
- Experience in building materials, retail, or interior design sectors is advantageous.
- Exposure to B2B sales support or retail/project showroom environments is a bonus.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient with CRM and ERP systems like SalesForce and SAP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of sales pipelines and quotation processes.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
- Collaborative team player with a service-focused attitude.

Work Location
