Key Responsibilities

• Managing and consolidating data from multiple origins for administrative purposes
• Assisting with various management reporting tasks
• Building and analyzing the Supply Demand database in relation to Business Outlook forecasts
• Optimizing regional silicon inventory, including follow-up on silicon supplies, multi-source optimization, and demand analysis
• Managing risk inventories to maintain operational resilience
• Reviewing and overseeing Last Buy and End of Life supplies across the region
• Supporting deployment activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI), as well as coordinating efforts with Product Lines, Sourcing, and Operations teams
• Collaborating with Customer Service teams to support the sales plan

Candidate Requirements

• Holder of a graduate degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent numerical and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of engaging staff at all organizational levels
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
