Sales Manager - Banking Sector

Position Overview

We seek an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Kasba area of Kolkata. Candidates with a genuine interest in the banking industry and a minimum of one year experience in selling financial products or services are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a variety of banking products including savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance services.
• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with both current and prospective clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Identify potential sales leads and successfully convert them into long-term clientele.
• Consistently meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Compile, prepare, and deliver regular reports detailing sales activities and results.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and analyze competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least one year of sales experience, preferably within banking or financial services sectors.
• Willingness to operate primarily within the Kasba locality and its surroundings.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
