Role Overview
The Female Sales Manager will generate business by directly engaging with customers, explaining life insurance products and their advantages, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service within the Direct Vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective customers to assess their protection requirements.
- Clearly explain product offerings and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals.
- Maintain strong and lasting client relationships ensuring superior after-sales service and support.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the BFSI sector or life insurance industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-driven and focused on achieving results.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
