Sales Executive

About the Role

We are hiring Sales Executives to actively promote and sell agricultural spray drones. Candidates will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers to explain product offerings, conducting demonstrations, maintaining follow-up records, and assisting the sales team in meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls and in-person field visits.
• Engage directly with customers to articulate product features and benefits.
• Demonstrate products to potential buyers as needed.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales follow-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Effective communication and strong customer handling abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and negotiation.
• Positive, confident, and diligent work ethic.
• Willingness to travel for on-site field visits.
• Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi to communicate with local clientele.
• Basic sales and marketing knowledge.
• Familiarity with agriculture and farming concepts is preferred.
• Interest in gaining knowledge about agricultural drone technology.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp.
• Qualifications: SSLC, PUC, ITI, Diploma, or any Graduate degree accepted.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales experience is an added benefit but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• Training will be provided to new hires.
• The position is full-time based in Mysuru, Karnataka with on-site work required.
• Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan relocation to Mysuru before starting employment.
• Number of openings: 2.
• Salary range: INR 12000 to INR 18000 per month.
